Maintenace time for my roof! So I did a little calling around this time, budget's a little tight. I called and called not too many company's answering there phones. When I did get a call back they wanted to charge me a minimal rate just to come out and assess.

Simon Says Roofing is someone I would recommend in a heartbeat. Darryl Simon was completely forthcoming from the start and did exactly as I asked. His workmanship and honesty was second to none and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had gone through 10 bids where I felt that all the other roofers were just telling me what I wanted to hear (bascially blowing smoke), but felt completely different with Darryl Simon (he was honest and didn't blow smoke, he told me exactly what he could or couldn't do). I left messages with three different roofing contractors during a weekend, and Simon Says Roofing was the first to call me back. They said they'd send an roofing Specialist out to take a look and give me quote the next day, by email or fax.
Simon Says Roofing Specialist showed up on time, and they gave me a detailed written proposal within 24 hours as promised. The proposal stated that my roof needed only minor work. My roof would last at least 2 more years, without replacement.
Needless to say, I chose Simon Says Roofing, the honesty and intergrity of this company and they did the work on time as promised.
These guys know how to do business and take care of their customers. I would recommend Simon Says Roofing. They've set a standard for contractors that will be very tough to match, let alone exceed.
